Q: Do I need to make an appointment?
A: You do not need an appointment to see us for an urgent care visit at QwikCareMD. We do offer scheduled appointments for Comfort Care Family Practice services.Q: When are you open?
A: We are open 365 days a year!Monday – Friday: 8 am to 8 pm
Saturday, Sunday and Holidays: 8 am to 6 pm
Q: Do you accept my insurance?
A: We accept most insurance plans, including Medicaid, Medicare, TRICARE, Blue Cross, Blue Shield and most commercial insurance plans.Q: What if I don’t have health insurance?
A: We offer special discount pricing for uninsured patients.Q: What do I need to bring with me when I come in?
A: Please bring your current health insurance card if you are insured. We will also need to see your driver’s license or other valid photo ID.To save time, you can download our patient health history form here https://qwikcaremd.com/urgent-care/urgent-care-online-registration. Complete the form and bring it in. If you prefer, you can just come in and fill out the forms when you arrive.
Q: Are you open during holidays?
A: We are open every day except Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Q: How do I know if I should come to QwikCareMD or go to the Emergency Room?
A: Urgent care (also known as Immediate Care) is your best option for most acute illnesses and non-life threatening injuries.- Colds
